* ALL SOY PRODUCTS ARE HARD TO DIGEST- use ALMOND milk
* Green Peppers are underdeveloped- and not healthy for you
* Cashews are related to the poison oak family- toxic coating
(can not be raw)
* Cooked food is easier to swallow but harder to digest
* Stomach has no teeth- CHEW CHEW CHEW
* Organically grown vegies have 50% more nutrition
* Loose 25% of Calcium with soda and coffee
* 1/2 of men, 1/3 of women - get some form of cancer (USA)
* American Diet is too acidic- need more vegies and calcium
* Should be having 2+ bowel movements a day
* Microwaves unhealthily changes the molecular structure of
